IJEA YEARBOOK CONTEST ENTRY FORM

YEARBOOK ADVISERS, WE WILL CONTINUE TO USE REGINA DOMINICAN H.S. AS OUR MAIL-IN HOME! For the 2023 IJEA Yearbook Contest, the mail-in destination for your books will be Regina Dominican High School in Wilmette, located in the North Shore area of Cook County. This is the same mail-in location that we used for the 2022 contest. The mail-in address is provided below.

ADVISERS: Please fill out and submit this online form to enter the 2023 IJEA Yearbook Contest, which is for books that cover the 2022-23 school year. As was the case in last year's contest, we are no longer using PDF versions of the contest entry form. Only the online version of the form will be accepted. We must receive this form before we can process your yearbook entry.

ENTRY FORM DEADLINE: The 2023 Yearbook Contest Entry Form must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 15, 2023.

BOOK SUBMISSION DEADLINE: The postmark deadline for submitting your 2022-23 yearbook is Wednesday, Nov. 15, 2023.

WHERE TO MAIL YOUR YEARBOOK: Please mail your 2022-23 yearbook (and ONLY your yearbook, not your payment of contest/book return/IJEA membership fees) to IJEA Yearbook Contest, Regina Dominican High School, 701 Locust Road, Wilmette, IL 60091.

CONTEST FEE: A $20 contest fee is required of all participating publications.

RETURN POSTAGE FEE: If you would like your yearbook mailed back to you, please add $5 for postage.

TO PAY THE CONTEST AND RETURN FEES: Please mail your $20 contest fee (and $5 return postage fee if applicable) to Jenn Galloy, IJEA Treasurer, 7405 Kenicott Lane, Plainfield, IL 60586. Checks should be made payable to the Illinois Journalism Education Association.

IJEA MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENT: The IJEA Yearbook Contest is open to IJEA members only.

TO JOIN IJEA: If you are not yet an IJEA member for 2023-24, please complete and submit our online membership form OR our PDF membership form.

TO PAY THE MEMBERSHIP FEE: Please mail your $25 membership fee to Jenn Galloy, IJEA Treasurer, 7405 Kenicott Lane, Plainfield, IL 60586. Checks should be made payable to the Illinois Journalism Education Association.
