2025 FALL CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FORM

Thank you for your interest in our 2025 Fall Conference! Please use this form to register for the event, which will be held Friday, Oct. 3, at State Farm Hall of Business, Illinois State University, 410 S. University St., Normal, IL 61761.

FEES: One $20 adviser fee per school (schools with more than one advisor will NOT be charged extra); $10 per student fee.

DEADLINES: Please submit this form no later than Monday, Sept. 29. Early bird registration lasts until Friday, Sept. 12. Register early to be eligible for drawings the day of the conference (swag to be announced)!
